Frederik Plourde is a serial tech entrepreneur with dual degrees in mechanical and biomedical engineering. He’s driven by a passion for uniting people around a shared mission of building technology that creates meaningful impact and solves real human challenges. He co-founded Axya to streamline industrial procurement, then Statera Medical, where his team developed the first smart and adjustable shoulder implant. Today, he leads Bewe, a Swiss digital health company pioneering the first digital companion to GLP-1 therapies. He has grown teams of 20+ employees, led multiple VC-backed rounds, and brought products to market across both North America and Europe. Frederik is an IMD alumnus and graduated from globally renowned incubators including Antler and Centech.
