Emily Mirro

Emily is a seasoned MedTech entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in neurotech. She is the President and Co-Founder of SynchNeuro, where she leads operations, product development, clinical studies, and strategic initiatives to advance a non-invasive EEG-based glucose monitoring system. Prior to this, Emily was an early team member at NeuroPace, where she played a critical role in bringing the RNS System from concept to commercialization.
